Practical matters

Check-in is always provided from Monday to Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. in order to offer everyone the same clean room. Check-out is at 10h30 at the latest.

Breakfast is possible from 8.30am to 10am (on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), on weekdays from 6.30am to 8.30am.

The towels in the room may not be used at the swimming pool. Please bring your own towels.

The pool is free to use until 22h. If the pool is closed, please contact the reception. You may not remove the cover yourself. The pool is not guarded. Children are always under the supervision of their parents or persons with whom they travel. Visiting the swimming pool is at your own risk. The management accepts no responsibility for accidents, theft or damage to visitors’ property.

A crib in the room is available on request.

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in our hotel.

The entire hotel is non-smoking, smoking is only allowed on the (covered) outdoor terrace and garden.

Own drinks and food in the room, garden and tearoom/restaurant are not allowed, except for medical reasons.

Payment options: One can pay in cash, by bank card or credit card.

Cancellation conditions: Up to 14 days before arrival the booking can be cancelled. A cancellation fee of 25€ will be charged. From the 13th to the 3rd day before arrival 50% of the reservation price is due. From the 2nd day before arrival 100% of the reservation is due. The reservation can be transferred to a third party free of charge. Reservations of 5 rooms or more can be cancelled up to 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation or refund is not possible for reservations during Tomorrowland.
