Description

The Ethiopia Sidamo comes, as the name suggests, from Ethiopia, East Africa. More specifically Guji region, Bule Hora sub-region, Samuel Ejersa Station.

Processing: Natural

This Ethiopian coffee is produced between 1700 and 2200 m above sea level.

Samuel Ejersa and his family have owned the Ejersa mill in Bule Hora since 2010. The factory focuses on natural processing to reduce the ecological footprint while adding value to coffee cherries.
